Senator Mark’s Current Legislative Committee Assignments:
Sen. MacDonald is Vice chair of the Senate Finance Committee and Vice-chair of the Senate Natural Resources and Energy Committee.
Sen. MacDonald also serves on the Joint (House and Senate) Committee on Administrative Rules. This committee, LCAR, reviews rules put forward by administrations to determine if the rules are in conformance with the laws authorizing them. Sen. MacDonald has served as chair or vice-chair (The chair rotates between the House and Senate) of LCAR for the past eight years.
